Course structure
The On The Job Training Instructor (OJTI) is a key figure in FISO personnel training.
This qualified instructor is responsible for guiding, mentoring, and assessing future Flight Information Service Officers, both during operational position training and through the use of dedicated training devices.
Through this role, the OJTI ensures that new operators gain not only theoretical knowledge but also the practical skills required to work safely and efficiently within uncontrolled airports and airspace.
The OJTI course offered by Turin Flying Academy is designed to provide participants with all the theoretical and practical competencies required to become qualified instructors in FISO training.
