The Turin Flying Academy Method

1

Limited intake: quality over numbers

We keep our class sizes small to ensure every student receives individual attention and a first-class training experience.
Each cadet benefits from a tailored approach that maximises success throughout their journey.

2

In - house training manuals, recognised worldwide

Our training manuals are developed entirely by our own team and meet the highest EASA standards. In fact, they’ve been showcased at the ICAO-COSCAP 2025 symposium in Bangkok as a benchmark for excellence. Partnering with INTUOS, a leader in operational training programmes, we’ve created one of the most advanced training management systems — built on CBTA (Competence-Based Training & Assessment) principles — to prepare pilots to the highest level of competence.

3

Highly qualified instructors, specialists in their field

Each subject is taught by an expert instructor dedicated to that discipline. This specialist approach guarantees depth of knowledge, ensuring our cadets build real mastery in every area of study.

4

Exclusive flight hours for our students

Our fleet is reserved exclusively for TFA cadets. No external sharing, no compromises: every flight hour is designed to deliver maximum hands-on learning and help students progress towards certification efficiently.

5

In - House aircraft maintenance

We manage all maintenance of our fleet directly, with certified technicians. This ensures constant aircraft availability while maintaining the highest standards of safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
