Course structure

Become a certified drone pilot with the OPEN A2 qualification and gain authorisation to operate in both urban and residential environments. This course provides the theoretical and practical knowledge required to obtain the Remote Pilot Certificate, recognised by ENAC and valid across the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland.

The A2 certificate is essential for operating drones weighing between 900 g and 4 kg (C2 class label) in more complex scenarios, such as:

  • Flights in populated areas
  • Operations near uninvolved people
  • Professional activities in residential settings

This certification ensures safe operations in compliance with EU Regulation 2019/947.

Important: The certificate is valid for 5 years from the date of issue.

The course runs for 7 hours in a single day, according to a pre-scheduled calendar.
