At TFA, every subject is taught by a specialist with deep expertise in their field — a non-negotiable standard for us. During the early stages of training, we rely exclusively on full-time instructors to ensure continuity and consistency. In the final phases, students are guided by professional airline pilots, preparing them directly for exams and the recruitment processes that follow. Our instructors work like the musicians of an orchestra: each responsible for a part, but all playing in harmony to the same score. At TFA, that score is our Operational Manual (OM) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which ensure that everyone teaches, trains, and communicates in complete alignment.
